Winter Pesto
You don't have to wait until January to enjoy this wonderful sauce, made without the usual fresh basil.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
- 3 teaspoons Garlic, peeled
- 4 ounces Pine nuts
- 4 ounces Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until a paste forms. Toss with warm cooked pasta.
