Olivada
Use this olive spread on toasted Italian bread (great with tomatoes and cheese), on pizza, or tossed with pasta.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup Black olives (pitted)
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- Fresh ground pepper
- 2-3 Anchovy fillets (optional)
Place all ingredients in a food processor bowl. Pulse until a coarse paste forms. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate.
